About the event

Program Overview

Strategic planning has become one of the most important - and most challenging - responsibilities facing today’s school and district leaders. In an educational landscape shaped by rapid change, competing priorities, increasing legal complexity, and evolving community expectations, districts need planning processes that are collaborative, practical, actionable, and capable of producing meaningful results.

This special virtual preview session, offered in partnership by TMI Education and NJPSA/FEA/LEGAL ONE, is designed to introduce educational leaders to the building blocks of strategic planning with a key focus on understanding how to gather, organize, and analyze the information YOU need to understand your current reality and inform meaningful strategic planning, including:

  • The types of data and information districts should examine when identifying priority areas of focus

  • How perception data, performance trends, stakeholder feedback, and program effectiveness measures contribute to informed decision-making

  • The importance of stakeholder and community engagement in the strategic planning process

  • How community values inventories and stakeholder surveys can help shape district direction and priorities

Leaders at all levels are invited to join us for this free, engaging session.
