services for all students with disabilities.

• The supports that may be necessary for students;

• Lessons to be learned from recent case law;

• Key considerations related to disparities in identification and discipline rates for African American students;

• The latest legislation and guidance from the U.S. and New Jersey Departments of Education; and

• New and proposed legislation, and issues that have arisen or been exacerbated in recent years, including school avoidance, additional instruction and services, and virtual or home instruction options for students with disabilities.
